Which payment methods can I use?

At Conceive Plus you can checkout quickly using Apple Pay, Stripe or Google Pay. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express. 

All prices are calculated and charged in South African Rand (ZAR)

When will my order be shipped?

Your orders are usually processed, packed, and ready for collection by the shipping company the next day. Orders that are placed over the weekend will usually be processed, packed, and ready for collection by the shipping company on Monday. We’ll send an email when your order leaves.

Please note that during peak demand delays may be experienced due to high volumes of orders. 

When will my order arrive?

At Conceive Plus we offer FREE Shipping on all orders over the amount of 1000 ZAR

We’ll send you an email when your order is collected from our Distribution Centre so that you know it is on the way.

Note: These time frames are provided by the shipping providers that we use. All days refer to business days (Monday – Friday). Shipping companies do not process parcels during weekends. 

Sometimes, shipping times may extend beyond these expected time frames. However, your tracking link will always keep you up to date with where your order is in transit. Courier and overnight express options may also be available to you after entering your address at the checkout and will depend on your location. 

All our delivery services provide a quality service, if you are unhappy with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping company in charge of shipping your order first. If you have contacted the shipping company and they have failed to resolve your issue contact our Helpdesk

Is your packaging discreet?

Yes, always! We respect your privacy and we ship discreetly. Your orders will be packaged in standard boring brown cartons or standard shipping company packaging (DHL, USPS, Fedex) with no indication of the contents. 

Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately due to the personal nature of our products, returns are not accepted

Every item we sell is NEW. We aim to provide full product information to help you make your purchase decision to avoid disappointment and ensure you are happy with your order. Your safety is important to us and we maintain strict quality assurance compliance to ensure that only new sealed products are released from our facilities. In the event that you receive an item that does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us. We will need you to provide the LOT number, EXPIRY date. (This information is unique to our products and is clearly printed on all product packaging). We may request photographs and proof of purchase, please have these available.
